About Nick

Hey! I’m Nick Tucker, a filmmaker with experience in narrative, documentary, and commercial production. As co-creator and host of Hard Reset, I’ve spent the last several years developing and directing episodes that bring complex science and technology stories to life for millions of viewers.

I thrive at the intersection of curiosity and craft—asking the interesting questions, finding the human core of a story, and shaping it into something approachable and thought-provoking. My experience spans every part of production: writing and development, interviewing, directing on set, hosting, guiding edits through to finishing, as well as animation and narration.

Outside of Hard Reset, I collaborate with brands and media partners on projects that combine high production value with meaningful storytelling.
